Archer Group LLC dba J. Archer Properties as CEO & Broker. With almost 15 years of real estate experience, Johnte’ is a consistent multimillion-dollar producing agent known for her sophistication and ability to sell pocket listings and secure off market opportunities for affluent clientele. She has an undeniable confidence and unmatched heart that exudes southern hospitality.  Johnte’ believes that serving and giving to others has been the currency that has propelled her into the rooms of some of the most affluent and influential in Houston.

Johnte’ also leads strategic partner, J. Archer Insurance Group, a global independent insurance brokerage. The firm has experience serving the risk management and insurance needs of clients ranging from high net worth individuals to multi-national public and private organizations.  Real estate clients benefit from Johnte’s expertise in protecting their most valuable assets and trust her team to source affluent insurance programs on their behalf.

Johnte’ is a proud graduate of the University of Houston and Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, CA where she earned her law degree.   She has a distinguished background as alumni of the Texas Legislative Internship Program, The Mickey Leland Congressional Internship Program, and as a Legislative Aide for the US House of Representatives. Her legal and legislative background has served as a foundation for her strong research, data gathering, contract and negotiation skills.

She is known as a champion for women and girls as evidenced by her early service during law school as a clerk for the Children’s Law Center in Los Angeles, CA and later as a Guardian Ad Litem advocating for children in foster care. Her commitment continues as the CEO & Founder of the SHE IS A CEO Foundation. Since 2015, the 501(c)(3) non-profit has inspired entrepreneurship and enriched the lives of 6th-8th grade girls through its entrepreneurship academy, pitch competition, conference, character and cultural programs.

Johnte’ is also passionate about women entrepreneurs.  Besides teaching complimentary financial literacy and wealth building workshops, she also hosts private events to discuss everything from personal investments to building capacity through strategic partnerships.  In 2020 she cofounded, InnoQuad Global, a tech start-up & incubator for black women owned businesses to scale and a pipeline for corporations seeking to do business with these best in class firms.

Johnte’ is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Inc., a current board member of Temenos CDC, and St. John’s Church Downtown, and supports a host of charities. She has received numerous recognitions including a 2020 Pinnacle Award, Top 30 Most Influential Women of Houston and Business Insurance’s 2020 Women to Watch. But her proudest honor is her family, spiritually led by her husband Ike and grounded by the daily adventures of their son John Christopher.

Bud Davis is a sales agent for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in Newport Beach, California. Bud was born and raised in South Orange County and has an intimate knowledge of all the local cities, the best beaches, the most picturesque walking trails, and the best places to find a good cup of coffee.

Bud has a long-held reputation as a born leader with a heart to serve others. Starting at the age of 16, he earned a spot on the highly-trained team of Orange County Lifeguards. He was promoted to supervisor after 2 years and served a total of 8 years as an ocean lifeguard at many of Orange County’s finest beaches. As a supervisor, his duties included overseeing daily lifeguarding operations, managing medical and water related emergencies, assisting tower guards with the enforcement of beach ordinances, training tower guards, and educating the public on ocean conditions and hazards. He participated in many search and rescue missions for missing swimmers, which trained him to handle some of life’s most challenging moments.

In college, Bud studied Theology at Calvary Chapel Bible College and Organizational Business Management at Vanguard University. He was hired as the high school Bible teacher at Saddleback Valley Christian School at the age of 20 and has been serving and working there for 4 years. Currently, he is teaching life skills and theology to middle school students.

In each of these roles, Bud learned how to quickly assess situations and gained the ability to think through issues and scenarios. His research skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication while offering concise, realistic, and trustworthy advice creates an unforgettable experience for every client he serves. Bud is fascinated by global markets and has been actively investing in stocks, commodities, and currencies and has created an impressive portfolio. In his free time, he enjoys surfing with his wife Nikki, a professional surfer, reading theology books, studying macroeconomic reports, and researching real estate trends.
